At Thermie, your peace of mind is our priority. We provide tracking on all orders and we'll keep you up to date via email when your order has been posted. We are just as excited for you to receive your Thermie as you are!
We provide tracked shipping for free with all orders.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack, process and ship off your order.
You can expect your order within 4-9 business days once orders are processed. As your package will be crossing borders and flying across the ocean, please understand that it may take some time and rest assured that it is on its way.
During the peak of the Christmas season, shipping times may be delayed by up to one week. If buying your Thermie products as a Christmas gift, please ensure you leave plenty of time for arrival.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company that handles international orders. We are not able to give you updates on the status of your order if there are delays. However, you can comfortably stay up to date with your order's location here.
Extra Shipping Terms
If your package is delayed or has an unsuccessful delivery, you will be notified via email. Unfortunately, we can't ensure that every post delivery service will leave a note at your door or mailbox. Please contact the last mile shipping provider to organise a redelivery or pickup of your package. This information can be located at the bottom of the Track My Order page once you enter your order number and international tracking number (these are provided to you via email once your package is shipped out by us).
We do not offer refunds in any case where your package is not delivered successfully due to the address being incorrect, so please ensure you enter the correct address at the checkout.
If you have entered the incorrect address, you must contact us within 2 hours to correct it. If you don't contact within this time frame, we won't be able to ensure that your package hasn't already been shipped.
If your package has already been shipped and you realise that the address is incorrect, please contact the last mile shipping provider responsible for your package. This information can be located at the bottom of the Track My Order page once you enter your order number and international tracking number (these are provided to you via email once your package is shipped out by us).
Please be aware that once your package has been shipped by us, we are unable to change the address that it is shipped to.
